Construction Manager at Risk for 1969 Courthouse Renovation Project

Medina Finance Committee passed a request for Council action on Monday, making Ruhlin Co. of Sharon Township the construction manager at risk for the Medina Municipal Court project.
Medina Engineer Patrick Patton said the construction manager at risk will hire the contractor and will hold the contracts for renovations at the 1969 Courthouse.
